Basin Creek Montana water pipe remains
4.5 miles. This is the remains of a water pipe from up on basin creek down to the mills at basin. it was made of wood, double lined and had wires wrapped around the wood. the concrete is only on main parts of the pipeline. It was an enourmous undertaking. backbreaking work. Frequently, it failed. Miners are optimists.
